Let me be clear about something.
Training smarter after 40 does not mean training easier.
It does not mean lighter weights.
It does not mean fewer sets.
It does not mean stretch more and complain less.
You still need strength. Absolutely.
But after 40, adding more weight to the bar cannot be the only strategy.
Because your joints have history now.
Decades of reps. Old injuries. Old compensations. Old habits.
